How does an online reservation with resmio work?
If a customer wishes to make a reservation at your restaurant, he can do this with resmio on your website or Facebook page. Using the widget, he can select a day, a time, and the number of persons. Once he has submitted the reservation, you will immediately receive a notification via text message and/or e-mail. Your customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the reservation via e-mail. You will now find this new reservation displayed clearly in your online reservation book. If the option “Send reservation reminder” is active, the customer will also receive a reminder e-mail a day before his visit. If the feedback feature is active, your guest will receive an e-mail after his visit requesting him to provide feedback. He will also be able to rate the food and the customer service.
