How does the feedback feature work?
Every customer who reserves a table in your restaurant online will receive an e-mail requesting feedback on the day after his visit. When giving feedback, he can rate his visit, thereby providing you with important information on how you can cater to your customers even better in future. The feedback is not public, but instead only visible to you alone. Of course, you can also reply to customer feedback, and at the same time offer him a voucher for his next visit, for example. You can view all feedback you have received in the navigation under “Feedback”. Here, you can also deactivate the feedback feature if you do not wish to use it. Do you have a free account?
